We invite you to learn more about Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC. Attorneys David Kee and Bill Tymoczko teamed up in 1982. In 1983, they established Fellows, Kee & Tymoczko as a Main Street business. Eventually, the firm evolved into Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC.

Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC is a continuation of a law practice that was established in the early 1970s by Frank Fellows, David Kee, and Sam Nesbitt. William Tymoczko joined the firm in 1982, and became a partner in 1983 when the firm became Fellows, Kee & Tymoczko.

David Kee retired in 1998. After his retirement, Bill joined forces with Bronwen Pierson, who became a partner in 2002 before later retiring. Christina S. Lewis, “Christy,” joined the firm in 2015, becoming a partner in 2019. The firm then became known by its current name, Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC. The experienced staff of Mary Rowell, Ashleigh Adams, and Lisa Sutherland have years of experience assisting Bill and Christy in serving their client’s legal needs.

Meet the Attorneys and Staff Members of Our Law Firm

Bill Tymoczko

Bill Tymoczko graduated from Bucksport High School in 1975 and the University of Maine at Orono with a B.S. in Accounting in 1979. In 1982, he earned his law degree from the University of Maine Law School. Mr. Tymoczko joined Fellows, Kee, & Nesbitt in 1982 and became partner in 1983, eventually forming Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko, & Lewis, LLC. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and Hancock County Bar Association. Over the years, Mr. Tymoczko’s practice in Workers’ Compensation flourished. He has also become an expert in Personal Injury and Probate Administration.

In March 2012, Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce awarded Mr. Tymoczko the Businessperson of the Year. Over the years, he has been actively involved in the community. He has been a member of the Micro-Loom Committee, Economic Development Committee, and RSU 25 Curriculum Committee. Bill also serves as a YMCA volunteer, Buck’s Memorial Library volunteer, Historical Society volunteer, and has coached youth sports.

Christina (Christy) S. Lewis

Christy Lewis attended New College of Florida, where she earned a B.A. in Philosophy. She interned with a United States District Court Magistrate Judge and with the Alachua County Attorney while attending the University of Florida College of Law. After graduating with honors, Ms. Lewis joined her husband in his hometown of Belfast, Maine, where they still live with their daughter. She is a long standing Board Member of the Belfast Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Maine’s beautiful towns and coastline with her family and friends.

Since her admission to the Maine Bar in 2010, Real Estate and Social Security law have been her areas of specialty. She is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maine, and represents claimants before the Social Security Administration. Ms. Lewis also practices Small Business Formation.

Mary Rowell

Mary joined Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC in 2013 as an administrative assistant. She is now the Probate Paralegal managing Bill’s large probate practice. Outside of the office, Mrs. Rowell enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband and children.

Ashleigh Adams

Ashleigh joined Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC in the beginning of 2022 as a legal secretary. She greets clients, answers the phones, and assists with Real Estate and Estate Planning files. Ms. Adams has two children, who are twins. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Lisa Sutherland

Lisa retired as Probate Paralegal and Office Manager in April of 2022, but continues to be the firm’s bookkeeper. She is married with two grown children, two grand twins, and a grandson. Ms. Sutherland has resided in the Bucksport area her whole life. On her time off, she enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time at her home away from home, at the lake.
